We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If REVI doesn't make a real difference for you, email hello@revi.shop and we'll refund you.
Subscription cancellations
You can skip, swap, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime in your account portal.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email hello@revi.shop with your order number and we'll replace it.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately at hello@revi.shop if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Shipping Disclaimers:
1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
