Is REVI safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Yes. Magnesium glycinate is one of the most OB-friendly forms of magnesium and is commonly recommended in both pregnancy and postpartum. We always recommend looping in your provider if you have specific concerns.
When in pregnancy can I start taking REVI?
Any trimester. Many moms start in the first trimester to help with cramping, sleep, and constipation. Others wait until later. Both are fine.
What about postpartum — when should I start?

How it works
Why magnesium glycinate and not citrate or oxide?
Glycinate has the highest absorption rate and the gentlest GI effect. Citrate works but causes loose stools. Oxide barely absorbs at all (so most of it ends up in your toilet, not your bloodstream).
