Something not quite right? You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:

1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
3. Subscriptions: It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must cancel prior to the item being shipped. If you do not cancel before the item(s) is sent, we cannot offer a refund.
